At Hē Labs, our mission is to help you unlock your full potential. That means delivering products you can trust — and standing behind them with a returns policy that’s as solid and grounded as our supplements.
1. First-Time Order Guarantee
If you’re trying Hē for the first time and something doesn’t feel right — whether it’s the product, your experience, or the results — we’ve got you.
You’re eligible for a full refund on your first order only, within 30 days of delivery. No stress. No hassle.
To start a return, head to the Footer of the Hē website and click “Start a Return.” Our Loop Returns process will guide you — we may ask for a quick photo or offer the option to send back the product. But in most cases, you won’t need to return anything.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless legally required.
2. Opened Products – Final Sale
Due to the nature of our supplements, we do not accept returns of opened products — except where covered by our First-Time Order Guarantee.
All opened follow-up orders are final sale.
3. Subscriptions & Renewals
Your biology is unique, and your subscription should be too. Hē subscriptions are fully flexible — pause, skip, reschedule, or cancel anytime via your account dashboard. Log into your account and navigate to your subscription settings to make changes.
To avoid charges for your next shipment, please cancel before your renewal date.
We do not offer refunds on shipped or partially used subscription orders.
4. Where You Buy Matters
Our Satisfaction Guarantee only applies to purchases made through:

Authorized partners such as Amazon
We cannot process returns or refunds for purchases made through unauthorized sellers (e.g., eBay or third-party resellers).
5. Protecting the Policy
This policy is built on trust — and we protect it accordingly.
We reserve the right to deny refunds to customers who:

Abuse the first-time guarantee

Submit repeat claims

Attempt to circumvent return limits
6. Package Protection with Navidium
To protect your order in transit, we offer Navidium Package Protection at checkout.
If your package is marked as delivered but never arrived, or if it arrives damaged, you’ll need to file a claim directly with Navidium.

Once an order is marked as “delivered,” Hē Labs is not liable for lost or stolen packages — unless Navidium coverage was purchased.

If you decline Navidium, we cannot replace or refund packages marked as delivered.
We strongly recommend adding Navidium at checkout for full peace of mind.
